Refund & Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your art acquisition. Under European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the original artwork within 14 days from the date of delivery without stating a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund:

The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
The original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and all included documentation must be included in the return package.
The artwork must be securely packed using the original packaging materials (corner protectors, bubble wrap, rigid heavy-duty cardboard/wooden box) to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Process

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork at: mhaus50.mh@gmail.com with your order number and intention to return.
We will provide the return shipping address and instructions for safe dispatch.
The buyer is responsible for arranging insured return shipping with tracking.

4. Refunds

Once the artwork is received and inspected to verify its condition:

Your refund will be processed immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged Shipments

All original paintings are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event that the package arrives damaged:

Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately upon delivery.
